Manages existing hardware client relationships and serves as the primary quoting resource for business IT and VoIP equipment. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, sourcing products, negotiating with vendors, registering deals, preparing accurate quotes, managing refurbished equipment requests, supporting Account Managers, protecting margins, tracking performance, and identifying hardware revenue opportunities. The role requires technical product knowledge, vendor relationship management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple quotes independently.

Provides onsite frontline technical support to client end users and IT staff. Responsibilities include responding to incidents and service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and account-access issues, configuring workstations and peripherals, documenting resolutions, managing ticket queues, communicating with users, and escalating complex issues according to procedures. The role is onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays and requires a service-oriented approach.

Provides onsite frontline technical support to client end users and IT staff. Owns Shield Technology Partners’ learning function end to end, including strategy execution, instructional design, digital content development, AI-enabled operations, facilitation, LMS administration, compliance training, onboarding, communications, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role partners with leadership and subject-matter experts across multiple managed-service companies to build scalable, effective learning programs and improve employee readiness, productivity, retention, and internal mobility.

Build and lead the procurement function across a multi-entity technology services organization. Manage strategic suppliers, sourcing, negotiations, contracts, renewals, spend analysis, purchasing controls, procure-to-pay processes, vendor risk, performance, and reporting. Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to consolidate purchasing, deliver savings, support acquisitions, and improve procurement workflows using NetSuite, Ramp, automation, and analytics.

Lead P&L performance and operational improvement across portfolio companies by driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and adoption of Shield's AI platform. Manage forecasts, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives; support onboarding; build automation and low-code solutions; coach local leadership and implement standardized processes to scale operations and strategic growth.

Drive net-new MSP customer acquisition across an assigned territory, acting as the primary closer. Partner with Shield portfolio companies and centralized teams to qualify, advance, and close opportunities, maintain territory accountability and revenue targets, embed into portfolio sales processes, and support scalable sales operations. Frequent travel and in-person collaboration expected.

Lead and build the FP&A function: long-range financial planning, revenue and P&L forecasting, advanced financial modeling and analysis, M&A support, systems implementations, KPI/reporting development, and partner with executive leadership, board, and investors to inform strategic decisions. Requires operating in ambiguity and driving process improvements and AI/automation opportunities. Travel ~quarterly.

Lead revenue FP&A across Shield's portfolio: partner with portfolio companies to standardize, validate, and reconcile revenue data into NetSuite; build scalable revenue operations processes and metrics; support integrations, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives; perform hands-on data cleansing and end-to-end revenue data validation to ensure accurate reporting.

Plan and manage full Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations as a functional consultant: analyze requirements, configure Financials and Manufacturing (mandatory), perform data migrations, run training, testing, and go‑live support, provide ongoing functional support, maintain project documentation, and obtain required publisher certifications.

Lead strategic finance across a platform of companies by building financial models, driving capital planning, evaluating M&A, developing operational KPIs and dashboards, supporting executives and Board materials, and improving systems, reporting, and integration processes to scale the business.

Lead design, build, and support NetSuite-to-PSA integrations, administer NetSuite billing/invoicing modules, automate accounting workflows with SuiteScript/SuiteFlow, manage data migrations and reconciliations, and coordinate testing, documentation, and training across finance and partner teams.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations across multiple locations; support US GAAP research; streamline accounting processes; collaborate with operations and executives; maintain audit workpapers; manage cash posting, merchant services, treasury, accruals, prepaids, and tax compliance; produce ad-hoc reports and support M&A integrations.
