Manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations, including client advising, requirements and configuration workshops, data migrations, training, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and post-launch support. Builds and develops a technical accounting team, educates stakeholders, partners on M&A and earnouts, improves processes, and supports scalable accounting operations across portfolio companies.

Lead P&L performance and operational improvement across portfolio companies by driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and adoption of Shield's AI platform. Manage forecasts, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives; support onboarding; build automation and low-code solutions; coach local leadership and implement standardized processes to scale operations and strategic growth.

Plan and manage Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations, serving as a functional advisor, systems analyst, and implementation resource. Configure ERP modules, support data migrations, conduct training and acceptance testing, prepare clients for go-live, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. Maintain project documentation and time entries while developing product expertise, obtaining certifications, and sharing software updates and best practices with internal teams.

Leads Shield’s legal function, advising executives on business risk, commercial agreements, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, intellectual property, employment, acquisitions, governance, compliance, disputes, and litigation. Builds legal processes, templates, workflows, outside-counsel relationships, and eventually the legal team while supporting a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven technology platform.

Provide technical support to more than 6,000 users across 180+ client organizations. Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, servers, cloud resources, productivity suites, and smart devices. Document issues and resolutions, communicate with users and teammates, adapt to varied client environments, travel to client sites, and participate in an approximately one-week on-call rotation every 12–16 weeks.

Drive new business and revenue growth by prospecting, developing sales opportunities, managing pipelines, and guiding clients through the full ERP solution sales cycle. The role promotes Acumatica ERP, related applications, add-ons, and consulting services to small and midsized businesses. Responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, presentations, CRM maintenance, forecasting support, marketing event participation, and ongoing consultative sales development.

Manage recurring and project-based billing, accounts receivable follow-up, collections support, payment reconciliation, billing data cleanup, and customer record validation across multiple portfolio companies. The role partners with Accounting and operating teams, standardizes billing practices, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, and identifies AI and automation opportunities to improve financial processes. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates in the greater Tampa area for approximately one day per week of in-person collaboration.

Provides onsite frontline technical support to client end users and IT staff. Responsibilities include responding to incidents and service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and account-access issues, configuring workstations and peripherals, documenting resolutions, managing ticket queues, communicating with users, and escalating complex issues according to procedures. The role is onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays and requires a service-oriented approach.

Provides onsite frontline technical support to client end users and IT staff. Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, account access, workstations, peripherals, and business applications; manages tickets through resolution or escalation; documents incidents and user interactions; communicates clearly with nontechnical users; monitors support queues; follows SOPs; and identifies recurring issues for team improvement.

Build and lead the procurement function across a multi-entity technology services organization. Manage strategic suppliers, sourcing, negotiations, contracts, renewals, spend analysis, purchasing controls, procure-to-pay processes, vendor risk, performance, and reporting. Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to consolidate purchasing, deliver savings, support acquisitions, and improve procurement workflows using NetSuite, Ramp, automation, and analytics.

Drive net-new MSP customer acquisition across an assigned territory, acting as the primary closer. Partner with Shield portfolio companies and centralized teams to qualify, advance, and close opportunities, maintain territory accountability and revenue targets, embed into portfolio sales processes, and support scalable sales operations. Frequent travel and in-person collaboration expected.

Lead design, build, and support NetSuite-to-PSA integrations, administer NetSuite billing/invoicing modules, automate accounting workflows with SuiteScript/SuiteFlow, manage data migrations and reconciliations, and coordinate testing, documentation, and training across finance and partner teams.
