Prepare and analyze financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations across multiple locations; support US GAAP research; streamline accounting processes; collaborate with operations and executives; maintain audit workpapers; manage cash posting, merchant services, treasury, accruals, prepaids, and tax compliance; produce ad-hoc reports and support M&A integrations.

Manage recruiting operations including interview scheduling across time zones, ATS administration (Pinpoint), candidate communications, onboarding hiring managers, supporting sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, maintaining candidate records, and improving recruiting processes to ensure a consistent, high-touch candidate and hiring team experience.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot high-availability IP/BGP telecommunications networks and customer services (DIA, DWDM, Metro Ethernet). Manage Zero Trust/SASE, virtualization, Linux/Windows servers, automation, monitoring, and VoIP platforms. Serve as technical escalation point, consult for customers, perform datacenter and customer-site work, mentor teammates, and join on-call rotation.
