Design, implement, and troubleshoot high-availability IP/BGP telecommunications networks and customer services (DIA, DWDM, Metro Ethernet). Manage Zero Trust/SASE, virtualization, Linux/Windows servers, automation, monitoring, and VoIP platforms. Serve as technical escalation point, consult for customers, perform datacenter and customer-site work, mentor teammates, and join on-call rotation.

Lead P&L performance and operational improvement across portfolio companies by driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and adoption of Shield's AI platform. Manage forecasts, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives; support onboarding; build automation and low-code solutions; coach local leadership and implement standardized processes to scale operations and strategic growth.

Lead and develop a 7-person sales organization for an MSP, driving team performance, coaching, KPI monitoring, scalable sales processes, forecasting in CRM, cross-functional alignment, hiring/onboarding, and contributing to go-to-market and revenue strategy.
