Provide technical support to more than 6,000 users across 180+ client organizations. Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, servers, cloud resources, productivity suites, and smart devices. Document issues and resolutions, communicate with users and teammates, adapt to varied client environments, travel to client sites, and participate in an approximately one-week on-call rotation every 12–16 weeks.

Drive new business and revenue growth by prospecting, developing sales opportunities, managing pipelines, and guiding clients through the full ERP solution sales cycle. The role promotes Acumatica ERP, related applications, add-ons, and consulting services to small and midsized businesses. Responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, presentations, CRM maintenance, forecasting support, marketing event participation, and ongoing consultative sales development.

Manage recurring and project-based billing, accounts receivable follow-up, collections support, payment reconciliation, billing data cleanup, and customer record validation across multiple portfolio companies. The role partners with Accounting and operating teams, standardizes billing practices, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, and identifies AI and automation opportunities to improve financial processes. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates in the greater Tampa area for approximately one day per week of in-person collaboration.
