Prepare and post month-end entries, reconcile general ledger, produce monthly financial statements, maintain fixed assets and prepaid amortization, manage regulatory filings (NCUA Call Report, FR 2900), support audits and NCUA exams, process AP/AR and expense reimbursements, prepare ALCO and board reports, and identify process improvements to support credit union financial operations.

Designs, implements, administers, and secures enterprise network and server infrastructure. Manages Cisco networking, Windows Server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Microsoft 365/Exchange, backups, and security tooling. Leads projects, mentors junior staff, supports disaster recovery, and responds to incidents while ensuring regulatory compliance and high availability.

Provide financial planning and investment advice to credit union members; maintain FINRA and insurance licenses; generate leads, develop marketing plans, document client goals and implement strategies across protection, taxes, investments, cash and liabilities; conduct client meetings, process account and transfer requests, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide member service via phone, live chat, text, secure/non-secure email, and video. Authenticate callers, resolve account inquiries, assist with account maintenance, cards, stop payments, disputes, gather loan info, cross-sell products, escalate issues, follow policies/regulations, complete training, and work rotating Saturdays/overtime as needed.

Develop and solicit new credit union relationships through outreach, networking, community events, branch support, and referrals. Promote products and services, support marketing campaigns, meet branch goals, deliver seminars, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
