Own a product area end-to-end, from problem framing through launch and iteration. Design intuitive enterprise SaaS experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, conduct user research, create prototypes and production-ready designs, and collaborate with product and engineering partners on priorities and tradeoffs. The role also involves using AI tools in the design workflow, contributing to design systems, facilitating critiques, mentoring teammates, and promoting accessible, inclusive design.

Own reliability and infrastructure for large-scale cloud applications. Responsibilities include operating Kubernetes platforms, managing AWS/Azure infrastructure and networking, building observability dashboards and SLO-based alerting, responding to incidents, performing root-cause analysis, automating operational work, supporting CI/CD, defining non-functional requirements, and guiding engineering teams on reliability best practices. The role also requires applying AI-assisted tools to automate investigations and fixes and participating in on-call rotations.

Designs and operates cloud-based reliability infrastructure, including Kubernetes platforms, observability dashboards, alerting, cloud networking, CI/CD, automation, and incident response. Defines scalability and availability requirements, performs root-cause analysis, improves production reliability, uses AI-assisted engineering tools, and partners with engineering teams on architecture and operational best practices. Participates in on-call rotations and maintains runbooks and documentation.

Lead end-to-end execution of compensation cycles, conduct market analysis, design compensation programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and efficiency in compensation strategies.

Build and set the technical direction for ServiceTitan’s AI-native Developer Experience platform. Responsibilities include designing agent orchestration infrastructure, coding-agent runtimes, harnesses, CI/CD and developer platforms; establishing safety, compliance, RBAC, and secrets-management guardrails; delivering complex systems autonomously; influencing engineering teams and industry practices; and mentoring senior engineers.

Own reliability and infrastructure for large-scale cloud applications. Operate Kubernetes platforms, cloud networking, observability, alerting, CI/CD, automation, and on-call incident response. Define SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and non-functional requirements; investigate root causes and drive remediation. Partner with engineering teams on architecture, promote reliability best practices, maintain runbooks, and use AI-assisted tools to automate investigations and infrastructure improvements.

Supports industry and brand partnerships through co-marketing, brand strategy, content, campaigns, events, and storytelling. Coordinates partner-hosted speaking opportunities, tracks brand and media performance, and collaborates with Communications, Executive Marketing, and partner teams to align messaging. The role manages multiple partner relationships and uses marketing technology and analytics platforms to measure campaign impact and audience reach.

Own the enterprise integration and automation architecture across Finance, HR, Revenue, Billing, and Go-to-Market systems. Lead design reviews, engineering standards, governance, monitoring, technical debt reduction, and complex hands-on integrations using Workday Studio, Workato, Salesforce, Snowflake, and APIs. Guide distributed integration teams, manage escalations, support recruiting and development, and partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize automation initiatives and deliver resilient, production-grade solutions.

Lead and grow a platform and infrastructure engineering team (Infrastructure/SQL reliability, Developer Experience, or Tooling). Hire, mentor, and manage delivery of quarterly roadmaps; remain technically engaged in design and code reviews; partner with product, SRE, and security to drive reliability, observability, CI/CD, and platform strategy. Own toolchain, reliability goals, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for multiple SDR cohorts, create and deliver structured playbooks and trainings, optimize SDR tech stack usage, run enablement projects and workshops, measure ramp performance using data and iterate to improve outcomes. Partner with SDR leadership, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate ramp time and drive pipeline generation.

Lead and grow a distributed Data Foundations team building data ingestion, quality, and cost-management for the data platform. Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture (Kafka, Snowflake, Airflow), own monitoring/ops and on-call, drive data governance, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and optimize cost and reliability.
