Senior AI Engineer

What you’ll do:

● Implement AI algorithms and systems for Generative AI, Large Language Models, clustering, classification problems, Natural Language Processing problems etc.
● Collaborate with the product team to discover and develop novel applications of cutting edge Machine Learning algorithms to drive customer value
● Develop end-to-end AI workflows for batch, real-time and near real-time use cases
● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, engineers, Product Managers, customers, and partners

What you’ll need:

● Advanced knowledge of AI methods and algorithms across traditional ML methods and Deep Learning theory and techniques.
● Experience developing and deploying LLM based ML applications and RAG systems
● Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
● Ability to write high quality code in Python, C++ or Java
● Ability to empathize with our users and champion their experience.
● Strong communication skills
● High EQ and a strong inclination to build a highly effective, diverse team where all members feel respected, included and can bring their whole self to the job.
● 5+ years of relevant experience
● BA/BS Computer Science or a related discipline. MS/PhD is highly desirable
