Manages customer product claims, returns, pricing adjustments, deductions, and quality inquiries. Investigates complaints, determines root causes, coordinates corrective actions with Sales, Shipping, Quality Control, Engineering, and Credit, and communicates resolutions to customers. Tracks freight claim materials and funds, reviews supporting records, and recommends improvements to products, packaging, shipping, service, and billing processes. Requires strong documentation, analytical, communication, multitasking, basic math, and customer interaction skills.

Maintain and manage product specifications and attributes for industrial wire and cable, collaborate with engineering, sales, and quality teams, audit production processes, support new product realization and market expansion, respond to technical customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, production methods, quality systems, and process controls. Leads continuous improvement events, analyzes product and process data, performs root cause investigations, implements corrective improvements, and supports certification compliance. Collaborates with equipment designers, manufacturing leadership, quality teams, and sales. The role requires in-person work in variable temperatures, PPE use, physical activity, and travel to other facilities under 20% of the time.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (primarily Power BI) to support inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. Clean and model data from disparate sources, validate accuracy, automate reporting, define KPIs with stakeholders, and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

The Production Manager oversees manufacturing operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, coordinating production planning, and leading production teams towards company objectives.

Design, implement, and maintain network and server infrastructure for manufacturing operations. Support LAN/WAN/WLAN, physical and virtual servers, storage and backups, virtualization (VMware/vSphere), security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS), patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, documentation, vendor coordination, and collaboration with MSP and local IT teams.

Support engineers to review and update engineering drawings and BOMs, assist time studies and data collection on the production floor, recommend manufacturing improvements, document drawing changes, and present findings to management. Internship runs Summer 2026 into Fall 2026 if extended.

Assist Plant Manager in leading daily manufacturing operations, safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, and distribution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Mentor supervisors and operators, support hiring and training, implement SOPs, drive productivity improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Operate wire cutting equipment to cut and palletize wire per customer specs, record material and cut data, assist inventory control, maintain a safe and organized warehouse, and transport materials by forklift. Training and certification provided.
