Assist Plant Manager in leading daily manufacturing operations, safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, and distribution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Mentor supervisors and operators, support hiring and training, implement SOPs, drive productivity improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Operate wire cutting equipment to cut and palletize wire per customer specs, record material and cut data, assist inventory control, maintain a safe and organized warehouse, and transport materials by forklift. Training and certification provided.

Lead regional sales efforts within an assigned territory to meet revenue goals. Build and maintain client and rep relationships, use CRM (eServiceMax/Salesforce) to pursue projects, collaborate with operations on inventory and pricing, forecast and analyze sales data, present to customers, promote products at events, and drive short- and long-term market growth.
