Processes vehicle title management activities, including paid-off loan title releases, title research, insurance refund letters, MVD issue resolution, data entry, filing, scanning, and permission-to-ship workflows. Supports member service queues, audit preparation, reporting, and compliance with credit union policies, CFPB, NCUA, and state and federal regulations. Maintains operational efficiency, accuracy, documentation, and reliable service while collaborating with branches, departments, third parties, and overseas teams.

The Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data systems and pipelines, ensuring data governance and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, deploy, and maintain secure Windows and Mac desktop environments. Build and harden OS images, manage imaging/patching/software deployment, support 2nd/3rd-tier hardware and software escalations, automate tasks with scripts, maintain standards and documentation, collaborate with Service Desk, Application, and Security teams, work with vendors, and participate in on-call rotation while adhering to change management and data security policies.

Support day-to-day enterprise risk management operations: document processes, perform risk assessments and RCSAs, collect and maintain KRI data, assist remediation and reporting, and help develop risk governance, procedures, and process improvements across business units.

Serve as first point of contact for members applying for consumer loans. Guide applicants from inquiry through contract preparation, originate and review loan applications, ensure compliance with lending policies, verify documentation and fraud prevention checks, promote loan protection and deposit products, meet SLAs/KPIs, and deliver high-quality member service while collaborating with team members.

Analyze, document, and map current and future-state business processes across departments. Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; facilitate stakeholder meetings; support implementation planning, change communication, and follow-up; maintain process documentation and track improvement efforts to enhance operational consistency and service delivery.

Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements; perform ALLL/CECL calculations; support investment and derivative accounting; conduct month-end analytics, ROI and proforma analyses; maintain accounting systems and templates; collaborate across departments and ensure GAAP compliance.

Perform accounts payable and cash management tasks, prepare journal entries and 1099 reporting, process wires and fixed asset/prepaid entries, reconcile accounts, support CUSO accounting, scan and archive documents, and provide accounting research and member-facing support.

The Senior QA Engineer will design automated test suites, perform manual testing, and ensure the quality of .NET applications, APIs, and Salesforce. Responsibilities include CI/CD integration, API testing, and collaboration with development teams to enhance software quality and release confidence.
