Designs, installs, maintains, and monitors enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across datacenters, branches, and remote locations. Configures routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, load balancers, and other network appliances; performs upgrades, backups, topology documentation, and complex routing and switching troubleshooting. Supports network-related helpdesk issues, designs redundant and scalable solutions, and participates in a weekly on-call rotation.

Guide members through consumer loan applications from inquiry to closing, including documentation, contract preparation, compliance review, fraud prevention, and follow-up. Originate loans, respond to member inquiries, promote loan protection and related products, and meet service-level and productivity goals. The role requires accurate processing, confidentiality, strong member service, critical thinking, schedule adherence, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Leads organic social media strategy, editorial planning, storytelling, publishing, community management, and performance optimization. Manages social calendars, platform workflows, employee advocacy, social listening, and audience engagement while ensuring compliance with financial-services regulations. Develops and evaluates content, monitors reputational issues, analyzes performance metrics, and delivers monthly reporting. Collaborates with creative and internal teams to strengthen the credit union’s brand, community presence, and member experience.
