Teams at Service Credit Union

Designs, develops, integrates, and operationalizes AI and automation solutions across the credit union. Responsibilities include administering Microsoft Copilot, building AI assistants and RAG solutions, integrating APIs and enterprise systems, developing machine learning and analytics solutions, automating workflows, and deploying member-facing AI tools. The role also supports AI governance, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, reporting, and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Manages foreign exchange services, including international bill payments, currency transactions, banknote orders, V PAY cards, and member inquiries. Processes SEPA and SWIFT transactions, maintains exchange rates, reconciles foreign exchange accounts and general ledgers, investigates payment exceptions, supports compliance, prepares reports, and coordinates with branches, vendors, financial institutions, and internal departments. Provides subject matter expertise, training support, application testing, and high-quality member service.

Designs, installs, maintains, and monitors enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across datacenters, branches, and remote locations. Configures routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, load balancers, and other network appliances; performs upgrades, backups, topology documentation, and complex routing and switching troubleshooting. Supports network-related helpdesk issues, designs redundant and scalable solutions, and participates in a weekly on-call rotation.
