Teams at Service Credit Union

Designs, develops, integrates, and operationalizes AI and automation solutions across the credit union. Responsibilities include administering Microsoft Copilot, building AI assistants and RAG solutions, integrating APIs and enterprise systems, developing machine learning and analytics solutions, automating workflows, and deploying member-facing AI tools. The role also supports AI governance, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, reporting, and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Supports PMO project planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, governance, change requests, project metrics, dashboards, status reporting, and project documentation. Oversees initiatives, manages timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, removes impediments, and maintains project platforms and collateral. Requires a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of project management experience, with Agile experience and project management certification preferred.

Processes and reconciles loan payments, payoffs, deposits, general ledger entries, wires, withdrawals, and other member transactions. Resolves discrepancies and inquiries, maintains compliance with policies and regulations, supports quality control and workflow efficiency, and delivers responsive member service. The role also handles incoming and outgoing mail, supports reporting and departmental projects, assists with system testing and enhancements, and contributes to continuous process improvement.
