Build and operate seQura’s cloud-native platform across AWS and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, CI/CD and GitOps tooling, observability, security and compliance foundations, internal developer tooling, incident response, reliability, global infrastructure scaling, and AI-assisted platform automation. The role partners with engineering, security, data, and compliance teams while owning initiatives from design through production.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB merchants in Portugal from onboarding through retention. Drive payment volume, adoption, merchant visibility, upselling, and cross-selling. Conduct performance reviews using conversion and approval data, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, identify churn risks, maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy, and share market feedback with Product and Marketing. Build production-grade finance data products: design dbt models on Redshift, create Metabase self-service dashboards, validate reconciliations and provisioning, partner with Finance to ensure auditable, single-source-of-truth metrics, and drive data governance and quality improvements.

Early-career, execution-focused role supporting SeQura's funding facilities and building AI-driven automation. Responsibilities include monitoring receivables transfers, rebate and concentration limits, financial reporting and compliance; translating facility agreements into controls/code; developing automations with Claude/ChatGPT; supporting financial modelling, investor due diligence, and implementing a facility-management platform.
