Own end-to-end B2B merchant product initiatives, from understanding problems and defining hypotheses through building, shipping, measuring, and iterating. Design and enforce security baselines, improve IT security capabilities through playbooks and training, automate recurring workflows, manage corporate incidents, and provide evidence for PCI DSS, DORA, bank due diligence, and ISO 27001 readiness. The role is hybrid in Barcelona with approximately 10–20% on-site time.

Build production-grade finance data products: design dbt models on Redshift, create Metabase self-service dashboards, validate reconciliations and provisioning, partner with Finance to ensure auditable, single-source-of-truth metrics, and drive data governance and quality improvements.
