Build and operate seQura’s cloud-native platform across AWS and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, CI/CD and GitOps tooling, observability, security and compliance foundations, internal developer tooling, incident response, reliability, global infrastructure scaling, and AI-assisted platform automation. The role partners with engineering, security, data, and compliance teams while owning initiatives from design through production.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB merchants in Portugal from onboarding through retention. Drive payment volume, adoption, merchant visibility, upselling, and cross-selling. Conduct performance reviews using conversion and approval data, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, identify churn risks, maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy, and share market feedback with Product and Marketing. The role requires Portuguese and English fluency, retail or e-commerce knowledge, commercial ability, analytical skills, and autonomous account management.

Analyze fraud patterns and losses, optimize detection rules and machine learning controls, assess risks for products and market launches, and develop executive dashboards. Design and implement fraud prevention strategies, identify control gaps, define remediation plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable fraud solutions.
