Support sales for homeland-security, military, and government clients by leading technical sales activities: demos, POCs, tender responses, field deployments, troubleshooting, and communicating customer needs to product and engineering teams.

Lead technical sales for homeland-security, military, and government clients: run demos, POCs, and tender responses; translate operational requirements into solutions; deliver field deployments and troubleshooting; feed product/R&D with field insights; maintain CRM data; and travel across Europe (up to 50%). Native-level German required; electronics, radio, and military/drone experience are advantages.

Lead EMEA sales for Counter-UAS, owning regional bookings, quota attainment, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy. Drive complex enterprise and government deals, negotiate multi-year contracts, manage channels and strategic partners, recruit and coach regional sales teams, and align go-to-market execution across stakeholders.

Lead technical design and field execution for multi-layer CUAS solutions: own RFP/tender responses, create system architectures and CONOPS, run demos/PoCs, deploy and validate systems, support deal teams, and feed product improvements from field insights.

Run end-to-end system tests and design test scenarios for a counter-drone platform. Work in office and field, setup systems in varied topologies, fly drones, collaborate with R&D in Agile, and analyze logs and defects.

Provide advanced technical escalation support for Sentrycs solutions across North America: troubleshoot software-hardware, networking and RF issues; perform root cause analysis; collaborate with R&D/Product/Field teams; support remote deployments; analyze logs and network traffic; create documentation and participate in validation and continuous improvement.

Lead mechanical design for counter-drone systems from prototype to production. Design enclosures, mounts, and structural components; ensure MIL-STD compliance; perform stress and thermal analysis; integrate mechanical, electrical, and RF subsystems; create BOMs, manufacturing drawings, and validation documentation.

Lead day-to-day execution of multidisciplinary R&D projects, coordinating hardware, software, systems teams and external partners. Translate roadmaps into detailed plans, manage schedules, risks, dependencies, KPIs and dashboards, run stand-ups and technical reviews, and use Agile/Waterfall practices and tools to ensure timely delivery.

Lead and manage 2–3 software teams to deliver new features. Hands-on in architecture, design, code reviews, and performance profiling. Implement Scrum practices, coordinate group management, and ensure high-quality C++/Python Linux-based software development.

Develop application, control, and communication layers for a counter-drone embedded unit. Work in an agile team to design, code, integrate, and deliver end-to-end solutions, adhering to high software development standards and collaborating with cross-functional engineers.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and client-server tools for RF and system-level validation. Integrate software with RF test equipment, implement C# and Python tools for orchestration and data analysis, manage lab automation scripts, execute end-to-end system tests, and collaborate with RF, algorithms, and systems engineers using Jira for test workflows.
