Own technical support for German customers, troubleshooting hardware, RF, networking, and software issues remotely and on-site. Lead or support installations, integrations, upgrades, maintenance, health checks, and acceptance testing. Manage tickets, SLAs, incidents, documentation, and customer communications. Deliver German-language technical training, provide field feedback to Product and R&D, and support root-cause analysis and validation. The role requires native German, fluent English, hands-on technical support experience, Linux and networking knowledge, and approximately 25% field travel across Germany.

Lead international sales for acoustic drone-detection technology serving defense, homeland security, system integrator, and strategic partner markets. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations through tenders, negotiations, closing, and account expansion. Build reseller and distributor partnerships, maintain pipeline discipline, provide market feedback to technical teams, and help scale the sales function. Regular international travel, fluent English and Hebrew, and defense technology sales experience are required.

Develop end-to-end software for a real-time acoustic drone detection system, including Python backend services, APIs, real-time processing, NVIDIA Jetson edge software, user-facing applications, DevOps, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and hardware or algorithm integrations. Debug and maintain production systems across software, networking, performance, and hardware while using AI-assisted development tools.
