Own and expand Sentra’s end-to-end revenue technology systems, including CRM-to-warehouse synchronization, enrichment and AI scoring pipelines, forecasting, analytics infrastructure, and lifecycle automation. Operate and harden production systems, build new workflows, ensure reliable and explainable reporting, and drive adoption among revenue teams. The role requires strong programming, API integration, Salesforce and marketing automation expertise, SQL fluency, Git-based development, and practical experience deploying LLM-powered systems.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Sentra's Data Classification domain. Define discovery, classification, enrichment, and operationalization of sensitive data across cloud/SaaS. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Design, GTM, and customers to deliver and measure impactful product outcomes.

Build and operate backend systems that discover, classify, and govern customer data at scale. Design microservices, ETLs, and analytics pipelines, optimize performance and cost, own features end-to-end, and collaborate with AI/ML, Research, Product, and Frontend teams.

Manage inbound and outbound lead generation and prospecting, engage and qualify prospects, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, report pipeline progress, and develop product knowledge to drive long-term customer relationships and sales opportunities.

Design and implement core components of classification and policy stack, optimize data workloads, and partner on cross-functional initiatives for data governance.

Design and develop scalable architectures, guide R&D teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize system performance in a cloud-native data security company.

Act as a technical liaison during the sales cycle: demo products, perform architecture reviews, support deployment and troubleshooting, inform product roadmap, collaborate with sales/marketing, and build relationships with customers and partners while staying current on industry trends.

Design and run end-to-end sales enablement for AEs, SEs, and BDRs: onboarding, MEDDPICC adoption, product and competitive enablement, AI-driven coaching, content library ownership, and measurement of ramp, adoption, and influenced pipeline.

Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and deployment tooling for AWS/Azure/GCP, including Kubernetes and VM/on-prem installs. Develop backend services (Python/TypeScript) for orchestration, provisioning, health monitoring, and deployment verification. Work with Solutions Engineering and Support to troubleshoot and ensure reliable customer deployments.

Develop and implement core components for the web app and backend services, conduct design reviews, and ensure optimal user experience.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage the customer lifecycle, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful deployment of Sentra's platform while fostering long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
