We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’s excited to help us build the team that builds Sentra. This is your chance to join a well-funded cybersecurity startup, work alongside a world-class team, and make a direct impact on shaping our culture, team, and growth.
You’ll own the full recruitment cycle across our Engineering, Product, and G&A teams in Israel, working hand in hand with hiring managers and leadership. This is an opportunity to join a growing People team and shape how Sentra hires as we scale.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end hiring: Lead every hire from hiring plan and intake through offer, closing, and building a tailored strategy for each role.
- Partner with hiring managers: Act as a trusted advisor - align on profiles, guide interview processes, and challenge with data when needed.
- Think strategically: Plan hiring ahead of company growth, map the talent market, and keep pipelines warm for critical roles.
- Use data to drive results: Own recruiting metrics and reporting, and turn insights into smarter, faster hiring.
- Bring AI into recruiting: Use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, and reporting, and help build a smarter hiring process.
- Be creative and proactive: Drive top-of-funnel sourcing using out-of-the-box methods - direct outreach, events, referrals, and networks.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience: Make every interaction personal, thoughtful, and true to our culture.
- Shape our employer brand: Help tell Sentra’s story and showcase why this is the place for ambitious builders in cybersecurity.
- 4+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience in tech startups, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Experience hiring technical talent (engineering, product, data, etc.) and understanding what drives them.
- Skilled in sourcing and nurturing pipelines in competitive markets.
- Data-driven, comfortable working with an ATS, recruiting metrics, and spreadsheets.
- Hands-on with AI tools and curious about how they can improve recruiting.
- Strong relationship-builder with the confidence to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Excellent English, written and verbal.
- High-energy, adaptable, and driven to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about building teams and being part of a startup’s scaling journey.
Skills Required
- 4+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience in technology startups
- Experience hiring technical talent, including engineering, product, and data professionals
- Experience in cybersecurity recruiting
- Sourcing and talent pipeline development experience in competitive markets
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting metrics, and spreadsheets
- Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools
- Strong relationship-building and ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders
- Excellent written and verbal English
- High-energy, adaptable, and impact-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
