Support QA by sampling and submitting raw materials and finished goods for testing, maintain food safety per SQF/HACCP/SOP, manage test requirements, assist with customer complaints, CAPAs, OOS reviews, documentation, and other QA tasks.

Manage creation and maintenance of raw material specifications and regulatory records; review vendor documentation and material qualifications; support Organic/Kosher/Halal/Non-GMO compliance; maintain SOPs; assist customers with regulatory documentation and participate in quality project management.

Manage day-to-day food quality and safety activities: perform raw material risk assessments, define test methods/specifications, support HACCP/SQF compliance, handle OOS reviews, CAPAs, document control, SOPs, supplier/customer investigations, and continuous improvement in a GMP/FDA environment.

Implement and deploy AI tools and custom code inside the Rover ERP environment. Build API integrations, data pipelines, automations, and monitor AI outputs for accuracy. Document customizations, follow data-handling standards, test rigorously, and collaborate with IT on security and architecture. Learn business processes and grow into a senior technical resource as the AI program scales.
