Oversee gaming revenue sources and accounting entries, maintain records, assist Finance Director with reports and budgets, manage hiring/training and performance, ensure compliance with policies and internal controls, and maintain a safe work environment.

Provide high-level administrative support to a Department Head: schedule and manage calendar, transcribe notes, compose correspondence, maintain filing, screen calls and mail, record meeting minutes, coordinate travel, delegate and follow up on assignments, and handle confidential matters.

Lead UK finance controllership including month-end and year-end close, management reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, VAT and EU sales reporting, external audit ownership, BACS payments, intercompany settlements, bank and government liaison, and finance business partnering and supervision of UK finance staff.

Administers and evaluates employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with laws and insurance contracts. Processes enrollments, changes, terminations and COBRA; reconciles billing; conducts orientations and open enrollment sessions; communicates benefits to employees and resolves insurer or payroll discrepancies.
