Sell and reconcile event tickets at the venue box office, use Ticketmaster to process transactions, handle will-call, provide customer service, manage cash, maintain workstations, and communicate escalations to management.

Support cafe Sales & Marketing by negotiating contracts, managing event and brand calendars, coordinating with partners and Support Center, prospecting accounts, administering package programs, attending events and trade shows, and ensuring operational execution and guest satisfaction.

Support the Compliance Manager by maintaining compliance records, auditing Title 31/ICS requirements, preparing CTRs/SARCs, coordinating internal/external audits, tracing reportable transactions, monitoring sensitive keys, and preparing quarterly compliance reports.

Supervise slot attendants and monitor slot operations, jackpots, machine malfunctions, and currency reporting. Train, schedule, evaluate staff, handle complaints, ensure security, regulatory compliance, and coordinate with casino teams for payouts and events.

Perform interior and exterior grounds maintenance for a hotel and casino: plant care, lawn/tree/shrub trimming, landscaping repairs, litter removal, equipment and supply care, daily property upkeep, and other assigned duties to ensure positive guest experience.

Support development, planning and execution of casino promotions and events. Coordinate logistics, collateral, supplies, budgets and expense tracking. Interface with operating departments, assist patrons during promotions, ensure compliance with Gaming Commission and tribal policies, and maintain confidentiality of records.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa: source candidates, partner with hiring managers, screen and interview, use ATS/HRIS, run hiring events, mentor staff, and ensure timely onboarding of guest-service focused hires.

Lead day-to-day ecommerce operations for Rock Shop Online, managing site merchandising, product content, SEO, analytics, and cross-functional projects. Coordinate campaigns, optimize conversion and UX, track KPIs, and partner with creative, merchandising, planning, marketing, and logistics to grow online revenue and maintain inventory and operational alignment.

Lead corporate finance, capital markets and treasury analyses. Build and maintain complex financial models, perform valuations (DCF, LBO, comparables), support deal execution and due diligence, prepare board and investor materials, liaise with cross-functional teams, and support cash management and market analysis for strategic financing decisions.

Perform monthly and year-end close tasks, post journal entries, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, support intercompany billing, resolve account discrepancies, and assist internal/external audits while maintaining GAAP-compliant controls and procedures.
