Supervise cashiering functions and staff in the casino cage, manage cage inventory (chip bank, vault, markers, kiosks), resolve customer issues, ensure regulatory compliance, hire/train/schedule/appraise personnel, maintain safety and cleanliness, and perform related duties.

Supervise and direct cashiering/cage operations, safeguard company assets, manage staff performance and training, enforce regulatory compliance, contribute to budgeting and strategic initiatives, and improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Lead and coach the poker team to ensure excellent customer service, game integrity, and compliance with Illinois Gaming Board regulations. Oversee training, resolve disputes, monitor table inventory and credits, report irregularities, evaluate personnel, and maintain required licenses and confidentiality.
