Supervise Customer Relations staff on shift, ensure exceptional customer service on the gaming floor, enforce AGCO and company regulations, hire/train and develop staff, support site promotions, maintain a safe efficient work environment, and perform other duties to uphold the Hard Rock brand.

Lead daily operations and shifts at an upscale, high-volume casino steakhouse. Ensure exceptional guest service, coach front-of-house staff, handle guest issues, manage cash and labor controls, assist with scheduling, enforce safety and regulatory standards, and support inventory and administrative tasks.

Set up and break down banquet and meeting spaces, move and store furniture/equipment, maintain cleanliness and inventory, support banquet staff during events, report maintenance issues, follow safety and food-handling protocols to ensure smooth event execution and positive guest experiences.
