Leads enterprise risk management governance as deputy to the Chief Risk Officer. Oversees enterprise risk assessments, risk appetite, third-party risk, business continuity, issue management, regulatory readiness, committee reporting, and Board reporting. Provides independent challenge, coordinates risk activities across departments, maintains governance frameworks, and strengthens risk culture within a regulated banking institution.

Provides operational and non-advisory client service support for a private banking team. Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ACH transactions, wires, account openings, fiduciary and trust-related requests, safe deposit services, and private banking loan documentation. Verifies client authority, maintains required documentation, supports in-branch teller operations, and follows bank policies, dual-control safeguards, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

Underwrites commercial, real estate, private banking, and consumer loans; prepares credit memos, analyzes financial statements, cash flow, collateral, guarantors, and risk ratings; conducts annual and loan reviews; monitors problem assets; spreads financial statements; evaluates covenants; supports portfolio management, loan committees, appraisals, and credit analytics.

Administers and supports the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, with primary ownership of SharePoint forms, sites, permissions, content governance, and Power Automate workflows. Manages Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, enterprise applications, identity controls, MFA, and security policies. Provides Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, documentation, user training, licensing oversight, usage reporting, and technical guidance while partnering with business units and IT teams.
