Provides operational and non-advisory client service support for a private banking team. Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ACH transactions, wires, account openings, fiduciary and trust-related requests, safe deposit services, and private banking loan documentation. Verifies client authority, maintains required documentation, supports in-branch teller operations, and follows bank policies, dual-control safeguards, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

Underwrites commercial, real estate, private banking, and consumer loans; prepares credit memos, analyzes financial statements, cash flow, collateral, guarantors, and risk ratings; conducts annual and loan reviews; monitors problem assets; spreads financial statements; evaluates covenants; supports portfolio management, loan committees, appraisals, and credit analytics.

Develops and services commercial lending relationships, attracts new loan and deposit customers, manages an existing commercial loan portfolio, monitors credit quality, ensures regulatory compliance, and facilitates loan processing. The role also performs borrower financial statement analysis, reviews overdrafts, supports business banking services, and coordinates referrals across banking teams.
