Provide regulatory compliance support within the credit union: review disclosures and member-facing materials, research laws and regulatory changes, assess complaints and vendor compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with audits and examinations.

Lead compliance programs for the credit union's Financial Advisory Services, serving as Chief Compliance Officer for RIA, Broker-Dealer, and Life Insurance entities. Advise business lines, develop policies, oversee AML/BSA programs, coordinate regulatory exams and audits, build compliance data analytics and reporting, and report to boards and executive committees.

Analyze and compile financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Perform data collection, validation, reconciliation, and visualization. Lead SECU's litigation function and strategy across consumer finance, class actions, bankruptcy, employment, commercial and vendor disputes; manage a small team and outside counsel; modernize litigation operations, reporting, and discovery governance; advise senior leaders and support regulatory and board-level oversight.
