Builds ongoing member relationships, recommends suitable financial products, meets productivity and service KPIs, supports referrals, trains newer employees, and collaborates on complex member needs. Maintains required licenses, follows regulatory and information-security procedures, completes continuing education, and may travel for training.

Provides holistic financial advice to credit union members across investments, life insurance, trust services, estate planning, and retirement planning. Develops ongoing member relationships, recommends suitable products, meets activity and service KPIs, collaborates with colleagues, trains employees on referrals, and maintains regulatory compliance. Requires investment and life insurance licensing, continuing education, strong communication, critical thinking, confidentiality, and occasional training travel.

Supports quantitative model development, maintenance, testing, documentation, backtesting, and monitoring for capital planning, stress testing, CECL, and credit-loss forecasting. Performs scenario analysis, growth projections, balance-sheet and economic trend analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis. Communicates technical findings to senior management and supports executive decisions regarding risk appetite and loan-loss allowances.
