Processes incoming ACH files, manual returns, member disputes, and ACH research requests. Assists branches, internal departments, members, and outside originators with transaction processing and investigations. Balances ACH systems and related general ledger accounts while maintaining accurate records and professional communication. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and willingness to complete ongoing training. Hybrid work flexibility may be available based on business needs.

Processes incoming ACH files, manual returns, member dispute messages, and ACH research requests. Assists branches, internal departments, members, and outside originators with transaction processing. Balances ACH systems and related General Ledger accounts while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and collaboration across departments.

Owns the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise cryptographic infrastructure, including PKI, HSMs, key management, certificate lifecycle automation, and cloud cryptographic services. Leads signing ceremonies, compliance efforts, post-quantum cryptography planning, cryptographic policy development, and CBOM maintenance. Partners with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams on audits, risk assessments, and incident response while mentoring engineers and guiding the technical roadmap.
