Provide consultative guidance and grow local insurance delivery for auto, home, life, and annuity products. Meet productivity benchmarks using SECU tools and lead platforms, deliver policies at branches, support and mentor regional specialists, drive referrals across business lines, and share best practices with leadership.

Performs deposit and payments quality control reviews to identify regulatory or procedural errors, report findings, assist in QC reporting and monitoring, and support development of compliance-focused monitoring processes and projects.

Lead development and execution of member-focused marketing strategies and multi-touch campaigns. Manage budgets, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital and traditional marketing, content, and collateral. Build quarterly/annual plans, measure KPIs, optimize campaign performance, and provide reporting and insights to business owners.
