Serve as liaison to Product Managers to elicit and refine requirements, manage the digital backlog, validate releases, lead Scrum activities, gather user feedback, prioritize UX improvements, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, conduct digital industry research, and mentor junior analysts.

Provide consultative guidance and grow local insurance delivery for auto, home, life, and annuity products. Meet productivity benchmarks using SECU tools and lead platforms, deliver policies at branches, support and mentor regional specialists, drive referrals across business lines, and share best practices with leadership.

Performs deposit and payments quality control reviews to identify regulatory or procedural errors, report findings, assist in QC reporting and monitoring, and support development of compliance-focused monitoring processes and projects.
