The role requires an associate degree in radiography, ARRT registration, Texas licensure, and modality-specific credentials when applicable.

Reviews patient accounts, claims, credit balances, payer reimbursements, and denials to ensure accurate and timely payment. Resolves discrepancies, prepares appeals, follows up with payers and families, verifies contractual reimbursement, and supports account-follow-up training. The role requires revenue-cycle experience and knowledge of payer contracts, reimbursement methods, adjustments, and basic coding compliance.

Develop and edit compelling print and digital content, including patient stories, articles, blogs, publications, campaigns, donor communications, and award nominations. Owns and continuously improves hospital telecommunications and clinical communications systems, including 8x8 cloud voice, nurse call, emergency alerts, paging, mass notification, and POTS life-safety lines. Responsibilities include administration, troubleshooting, incident and vendor management, network collaboration on QoS and VLAN requirements, documentation, service governance, modernization planning, and automation roadmap execution. The role is onsite during business hours and participates in an on-call rotation.

Performs EEG, evoked potential, nerve conduction, and EMG testing using age-appropriate procedures. Prepares patients and equipment, monitors comfort, analyzes results, documents technical findings, maintains supplies, troubleshoots equipment, schedules procedures, educates families, and supports physician review. Supervises summer students and interns and helps train new research coordinators. The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and the community, along with strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and multitasking skills.

Maintain complete medical records, manage files, prepare records for batch scanning, monitor transcribed documentation, and assist patients, parents, and other individuals with HIM-related needs. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Provide safe, accurate medication-use across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural pediatric settings. Verify orders, optimize therapy, perform medication reconciliation and counseling, supervise technician workflow, manage dispensing systems, compound sterile/nonsterile products, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in safety, quality, and formulary activities.

Provide paralegal support to the legal team including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research across healthcare, compliance, estate, licensing and litigation issues, managing subpoenas and records requests, preparing reports, editing materials, and maintaining strict patient and institutional confidentiality.

Act as lead technical authority for enterprise network infrastructure: design, implement, and support Cisco campus/core/wireless architectures; deploy and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ISE; use Catalyst Center for automation and assurance; perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; develop SOPs and runbooks; mentor engineers; lead upgrades, migrations, and on-call incident response.
