Leads the complete technology sourcing and vendor management lifecycle, including requirements gathering, market research, competitive evaluations, negotiations, contracting, renewals, governance, risk assessments, performance reviews, and offboarding. Partners with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, Supply Chain, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Maintains technology agreement inventories, vendor scorecards, sourcing documentation, and governance processes while identifying cost savings, portfolio consolidation, and risk-reduction opportunities.

Leads IT PMO governance, portfolio prioritization, roadmap planning, executive reporting, risk management, resource coordination, vendor oversight, and cross-functional technology programs. Supervises and coaches IT project managers, establishes delivery standards, manages Agile and hybrid methodologies, and drives change management and process improvement. Requires extensive technology portfolio experience, healthcare IT knowledge including Epic EMR, and familiarity with enterprise platforms, security, data integration, and vendor implementations.

Administer, monitor, maintain, integrate, upgrade, and support enterprise applications across production and nonproduction environments. Diagnose complex application and infrastructure issues, manage releases and lifecycle activities, support APIs and middleware, automate administration with PowerShell, and coordinate vendors and internal teams. The role also develops test plans, supports security and disaster recovery requirements, maintains technical documentation and roadmaps, monitors performance, and participates in on-call and after-hours maintenance.

Develop and edit compelling print and digital content, including patient stories, articles, blogs, publications, campaigns, donor communications, and award nominations. Interview patients, families, physicians, and staff; research story ideas; ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance; maintain AP style and organizational voice; collaborate with creative and communications teams; coordinate content projects and shoots; and manage multiple deadlines.

Owns and continuously improves hospital telecommunications and clinical communications systems, including 8x8 cloud voice, nurse call, emergency alerts, paging, mass notification, and POTS life-safety lines. Responsibilities include administration, troubleshooting, incident and vendor management, network collaboration on QoS and VLAN requirements, documentation, service governance, modernization planning, and automation roadmap execution. The role is onsite during business hours and participates in an on-call rotation.

Provide paralegal support to the legal team including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research across healthcare, compliance, estate, licensing and litigation issues, managing subpoenas and records requests, preparing reports, editing materials, and maintaining strict patient and institutional confidentiality.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice President of Research and Hip Center Director: manage calls, schedule meetings and travel, prepare agendas and minutes, submit monthly expense reports, greet visitors, handle confidential materials, and resolve administrative inquiries.

Act as lead technical authority for enterprise network infrastructure: design, implement, and support Cisco campus/core/wireless architectures; deploy and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ISE; use Catalyst Center for automation and assurance; perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; develop SOPs and runbooks; mentor engineers; lead upgrades, migrations, and on-call incident response.

Support daily investment valuation, cash flow forecasting, endowment operations, performance and attribution reporting, guideline compliance, manager monitoring, and ad hoc analyses for institutional investment pools. Prepare committee materials and assist senior investment staff across equities, fixed income, private capital, and hedge fund strategies.
