Performs and teaches diagnostic imaging exams, troubleshoots radiology equipment, manages staff schedules and assignments, supports quality evaluations and credentialing, mentors students, and serves as acting radiology manager when needed.

Coordinates clinical research activities, including regulatory document preparation, patient eligibility screening, informed consent, research data collection and database entry, and manuscript or presentation support. Supervises summer students and interns and helps train new research coordinators. The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and the community, along with strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and multitasking skills.

Maintain complete medical records, manage files, prepare records for batch scanning, monitor transcribed documentation, and assist patients, parents, and other individuals with HIM-related needs. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Provide safe, accurate medication-use across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural pediatric settings. Verify orders, optimize therapy, perform medication reconciliation and counseling, supervise technician workflow, manage dispensing systems, compound sterile/nonsterile products, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in safety, quality, and formulary activities.

Provide dietetic leadership and supervise foodservice staff, run employee in‑services, maintain hospital foodservice computer module, report repairs to engineering, and oversee assigned special functions.

Provide paralegal support to the legal team including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research across healthcare, compliance, estate, licensing and litigation issues, managing subpoenas and records requests, preparing reports, editing materials, and maintaining strict patient and institutional confidentiality.

Create and execute media relations strategies, cultivate journalist relationships, pitch and secure coverage, write press materials, coordinate interviews and media events, monitor and report media coverage, support crisis communications, and train others on communications tools.

Serve as a senior EMR analyst supporting Epic EHR: analyze issues, build and maintain reports (Reporting Workbench), perform application/integration testing, translate workflows into data requirements, support third-party integrations, provide status reports, lead customer meetings, and document processes.

Leads hospital-wide operational oversight for clinical practices, service lines, and provider networks. Drives financial, quality, and access benchmarks; manages provider alignment, recruitment, credentialing, GME/UME and fellowship accreditation, contract administration, revenue cycle optimization, wRVU and productivity analytics, and departmental budgets and staff to support pediatric surgical and orthopedic practices.

Build and manage referral relationships with physicians and referring providers across an assigned East Texas territory. Analyze referral patterns, develop and execute outreach plans, coordinate with leadership and marketing, onboard new physicians, resolve referring provider issues, maintain activity reporting in PRM (Welltok), and support events to grow appropriate referrals and strengthen hospital reputation.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice President of Research and Hip Center Director: manage calls, schedule meetings and travel, prepare agendas and minutes, submit monthly expense reports, greet visitors, handle confidential materials, and resolve administrative inquiries.

Coordinate pediatric clinical research by managing study operations, regulatory submissions (IRB), recruitment/consent, data collection in REDCap/EHR (Epic), maintain study documentation, support audits, generate reports, and assist with presentations and manuscript preparation.

Prepare and analyze institutional investment portfolios including private investments, perform risk decomposition, portfolio optimization, guideline compliance, performance reporting, manager due diligence, and ad hoc research and reporting to support investment oversight.

Act as lead technical authority for enterprise network infrastructure: design, implement, and support Cisco campus/core/wireless architectures; deploy and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ISE; use Catalyst Center for automation and assurance; perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; develop SOPs and runbooks; mentor engineers; lead upgrades, migrations, and on-call incident response.

Supervise ambulatory pediatric nursing team, provide direct patient care, support patient throughput, manage schedules/payroll, assist hiring, conduct audits, ensure regulatory readiness, and lead process improvements.

Support daily investment valuation, cash flow forecasting, endowment operations, performance and attribution reporting, guideline compliance, manager monitoring, and ad hoc analyses for institutional investment pools. Prepare committee materials and assist senior investment staff across equities, fixed income, private capital, and hedge fund strategies.

Provide diagnostic radiographic imaging (including contrast studies) in pediatric and OR settings, operate radiographic equipment safely, communicate with clinical teams, maintain confidentiality, and be available for overtime/on-call shifts.

Operate radiography equipment to produce diagnostic images, perform radiographic exams, follow quality and safety parameters, and interact compassionately with pediatric patients and families.

Provide high-level pediatric acute and critical care on-site, including history/physicals, treatment planning, procedures (vent/airway, TPN), medication management, presurgical staffing, teaching, research participation, and first-response emergency care within the hospital.

Senior hands-on endpoint engineer owning endpoint platforms, inventory accuracy, and risk management. Lead migration from KACE to Intune, design gold images, enforce security baselines, automate CMDB population and patching, and partner with Security and IT Asset Management to improve compliance, reduce risk, and mentor support teams.
