Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, manage the CEOs calendar and correspondence, prepare meeting agendas and notes, handle trustee and community requests, coordinate special projects, and maintain strict confidentiality and professional judgment.

Provide paralegal support to the legal team including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research across healthcare, compliance, estate, licensing and litigation issues, managing subpoenas and records requests, preparing reports, editing materials, and maintaining strict patient and institutional confidentiality.

Provide high-level pediatric acute and critical care on-site, including history/physicals, treatment planning, procedures (vent/airway, TPN), medication management, presurgical staffing, teaching, research participation, and first-response emergency care within the hospital.
