Manage and continuously improve the enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery program. Responsibilities include conducting business impact analyses, maintaining departmental downtime and recovery plans, coordinating disaster recovery tests and tabletop exercises, tracking corrective actions, managing continuity documentation and offline resources, delivering preparedness training, and reporting readiness, risks, and improvements to executive and operational leaders across clinical and business functions.

Leads the complete technology sourcing and vendor management lifecycle, including requirements gathering, market research, competitive evaluations, negotiations, contracting, renewals, governance, risk assessments, performance reviews, and offboarding. Partners with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, Supply Chain, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Maintains technology agreement inventories, vendor scorecards, sourcing documentation, and governance processes while identifying cost savings, portfolio consolidation, and risk-reduction opportunities.

Leads IT PMO governance, portfolio prioritization, roadmap planning, executive reporting, risk management, resource coordination, vendor oversight, and cross-functional technology programs. Supervises and coaches IT project managers, establishes delivery standards, manages Agile and hybrid methodologies, and drives change management and process improvement. Requires extensive technology portfolio experience, healthcare IT knowledge including Epic EMR, and familiarity with enterprise platforms, security, data integration, and vendor implementations.
