Own the end-to-end data onboarding product roadmap, including legacy POS extraction, transformation, validation, internal tooling, and customer-facing onboarding experiences. Drive automation, improve install readiness and specialist efficiency, define product requirements and metrics, and develop a path toward self-service onboarding. Partner with engineering, onboarding, go-to-market, and customers while planning for scale and using AI tools to accelerate discovery and workflow automation.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding for a POS platform, including software configuration, hardware setup, training, troubleshooting, milestone tracking, and go-live support. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate timelines and issue resolution, create onboarding documentation, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering. Provide customer feedback to improve the product and onboarding processes.

Source and qualify outbound and inbound liquor-store opportunities, book demos for AEs, maintain CRM data, learn the Scotch platform to speak to merchant value, and work in-office in Denver full time.
