Own strategic finance and FP&A processes, including payments revenue and cost modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, scenario planning, and financial data infrastructure. Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, capital allocation, investment efficiency, and ROI analysis. Build integrated models, improve cost visibility, explain variances, and use AI and automation to scale financial analysis.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding for a POS platform, including software configuration, hardware setup, training, troubleshooting, milestone tracking, and go-live support. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate timelines and issue resolution, create onboarding documentation, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering. Provide customer feedback to improve the product and onboarding processes.

Sell Scotch’s POS and operating system, including hardware, software, payments, and e-commerce, to liquor store owners. Manage inbound and outbound prospecting, conduct frequent store outreach, explain technology benefits, meet sales targets, and collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth merchant transitions. The role requires SMB technology or beverage alcohol sales experience and Massachusetts residence.

Travel nationwide to install, configure, and commission POS hardware and software. Run cabling, connect peripherals, troubleshoot on-site, test end-to-end, train staff, document installations, manage tools and travel logistics, and report status to deployment teams.
