Sell Scotch's integrated POS, payments, hardware, and e-commerce platform to US liquor store owners through inbound and outbound outreach. Call on stores regularly, act as trusted technology advisor, close deals, and coordinate with onboarding and support to ensure smooth merchant transitions.

Travel nationwide to install, configure, and commission POS hardware and software. Run cabling, connect peripherals, troubleshoot on-site, test end-to-end, train staff, document installations, manage tools and travel logistics, and report status to deployment teams.

Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues on Scotchs Android POS platform and hardware. Diagnose software and hardware faults, analyze logs and network configs, support customers and Engineering to reproduce and resolve issues, maintain documentation and KB articles, assist with releases and hardware testing, and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
