Own customer success across an assigned city by activating new clinics, coordinating launch events, onboarding and training clinic staff, configuring workflows, maintaining client engagement, and driving ongoing scanning. Build institutional partnerships, execute screening camps, conduct community outreach, and manage client relationships end to end. Travel within the assigned territory is required, with expenses reimbursed according to company policy.

Manage daily finance and administrative operations, including bookkeeping, vendor payments, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, expense tracking, and MIS reporting. Support GST, TDS, audits, compliance records, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, and license renewals. Coordinate with field and sales teams, assist with medical device finance documentation, negotiate payment settlements, and support broader startup operations.

Onboard B2B clinic, hospital, and institutional clients; conduct product demos and training; drive adoption of scanO air and scanO engage; monitor engagement metrics; re-engage inactive customers; provide initial technical support; run communication campaigns; customize workflows; document feedback; maintain CRM records; and support webinars.

Own end-to-end revenue growth for scanO’s AI-driven dental healthcare products in India. Build sales plans, playbooks, funnels, and a high-performing dental sales team. Personally close strategic clinic and chain accounts, develop dentist and KOL relationships, lead roadshows, demos, workshops, and conference activity, and provide field insights to improve product positioning, pricing, and packaging. Frequent on-ground travel and strong dental or healthcare sales expertise are required.
