Leads federal IT governance, enterprise architecture, CPIC, PPBE, portfolio management, and IT financial-management activities. Aligns mission strategy, architecture, investments, budgets, acquisition plans, and performance. Support design and implementation of a federal records management program: define requirements, develop policies and procedures, manage inventories, file plans, and dispositions, configure electronic controls, coordinate paper records facilities, train liaisons, and create communications and training to sustain compliance.

Serve as a client-facing privacy subject matter expert supporting federal program officials to prepare, review, and update privacy compliance documentation (PTAs, PIAs, SORN, ISAA, PRA assessments). Liaise with agency privacy offices, communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders, recommend process improvements, and produce reports, briefings, and implementation artifacts to support agency privacy programs.

Lead and manage a national Tribal Victim Services program, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and SMEs to deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed technical assistance, training, compliance support, resource development, performance monitoring, and reporting for AI/AN communities nationwide.

Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed technical assistance and capacity-building to Tribal victim service programs. Conduct assessments, develop compliance and sustainability plans, deliver training and resources, facilitate workshops and site visits, coordinate with Tribal leaders and federal stakeholders, document outcomes, and support reporting and evaluation.

Lead advanced technical assistance and capacity-building for Tribal victim service programs. Provide compliance guidance, develop trainings and resources, support strategic and sustainability planning, evaluate program outcomes, mentor staff, and represent the program in stakeholder meetings and site visits to strengthen culturally responsive, trauma-informed victim services.
