Deliver end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS implementations for enterprise clients, including business process mapping, solution design, functional specifications, user acceptance testing, client demonstrations, training, change management, go-live support, and handover to Customer Success. The consultant coordinates with development teams, leads client working sessions, manages milestones and expectations, and documents implementation benefits and solutions.

Lead end-to-end HRMS and enterprise SaaS implementations, from requirements and solution design through UAT, go-live, stabilization, and adoption. Serve as the primary functional client owner, facilitate cross-functional workshops, manage scope and change requests, design scalable systems, create durable documentation, and support training and enablement. The role requires strong judgment, stakeholder communication, systems thinking, and comfort with integrations, APIs, payroll dependencies, and complex enterprise environments.

Manage an executive’s calendar, inbox, LinkedIn communications, social media presence, meetings, candidate interactions, follow-ups, and organizational systems. Draft and ghostwrite communications, coordinate priorities, prepare meetings, track tasks, conduct weekly reviews, and proactively remove bottlenecks to improve productivity and ensure timely communication.
