Provides safety guidance, training, orientations, inspections, audits, incident investigations, hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and compliance reporting. Ensures adherence to OSHA, NFPA 70E, client, and company requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture among employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Provides technical oversight for electrical engineering scopes on EPC and design-build projects, delivering constructable, cost-effective designs and supporting proposals, estimating, procurement, scheduling, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Coordinates engineering firms, subcontractors, vendors, clients, project managers, and field teams while ensuring contractual, safety, quality, and performance requirements.
