Coordinate construction proposal submissions and project billing. Manage document control, proposal formatting, invoicing, billing calendars, AR follow-up, vendor quotes, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with client requirements and contract terms.

Lead and manage project-specific health and safety for a solar construction project. Deliver site safety training, ensure OSHA and local compliance, conduct incident investigations and JHAs, implement corrective actions using the Hierarchy of Controls, perform daily field walks and audits, coach site leadership, run toolbox talks, onboard new hires, and collaborate with regional safety leadership to foster an injury-free work environment.

Provide project controls support for assigned projects including establishing baseline budgets and schedules, organizing estimate documentation in the ERP, monitoring cost deviations, substantiating change orders and claims, coordinating with accounting and stakeholders, forecasting phased revenue, and managing ERP job closure processes.
