Provides onsite safety leadership for electrical, industrial, and transmission projects. Conducts workplace inspections, delivers construction safety training, investigates incidents, identifies root causes, coordinates employee safety onboarding, and promotes compliance with OSHA standards and company safety programs. The role supports the Safety Manager, requires strong communication and organizational skills, and involves temporary project work with potential travel to multiple jobsites.

Provides commercial legal counsel to three U.S. operating companies across electrical construction, telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure, energy, and related projects. Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, assesses contractual and legal risks, supports claims and disputes, ensures compliance and contract flow-down, and partners with operations, procurement, finance, and project teams. Also supports contract lifecycle management systems, legal processes, templates, playbooks, and external litigation coordination.

Manages the project-specific health and safety program for a major power generation construction project. Provides safety guidance, training, orientations, inspections, audits, incident investigations, hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and compliance reporting. Ensures adherence to OSHA, NFPA 70E, client, and company requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture among employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
