Coordinate construction proposal submissions and project billing. Manage document control, proposal formatting, invoicing, billing calendars, AR follow-up, vendor quotes, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with client requirements and contract terms.

Assist project management in supervising commercial/industrial electrical construction: manage budgets, buy-outs, schedules, resource allocation, safety, client communication, job-cost reporting, BIM review for prefabrication, and approve construction methods.

Support Project Manager by supervising commercial/industrial electrical construction activities, handling document control, change estimates, field progress updates, preconstruction and workface planning, and using Viewpoint, Primavera, Accubid and Bluebeam to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with company procedures.
