Lead and manage project-specific health and safety for a solar construction project. Deliver site safety training, ensure OSHA and local compliance, conduct incident investigations and JHAs, implement corrective actions using the Hierarchy of Controls, perform daily field walks and audits, coach site leadership, run toolbox talks, onboard new hires, and collaborate with regional safety leadership to foster an injury-free work environment.

Lead and execute commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from start to closeout. Ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget control, quality, subcontractor management, reporting, client communication, and team supervision to drive profitability and project success.
