The Graphic Designer will create compelling brand narratives and oversee email designs, Figma design systems, brand identity, and print touchpoints. This role collaborates with various teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.

Build and maintain Sans' headless Shopify Hydrogen storefront and Next.js apps, architect customer-facing AI features, integrate ecommerce platforms (APIs/webhooks), create internal AI tools and data flows, and own full-stack systems that improve conversion, operations, and cross-team workflows.

Lead end-to-end creative strategy for paid channels, develop insight-driven ad concepts, write clear briefs, manage production roadmaps and agency partners, lead junior strategists and freelance creatives, and analyze performance metrics to drive testing and optimize creative for ROAS and CPA goals.

Lead lifecycle marketing as a revenue-focused function across email, SMS, subscriptions, and direct mail. Define lifecycle strategy, own customer journeys and subscription economics, run experimentation, manage flows/campaigns, and build a high-performing team to drive retention, LTV, repeat purchase, and lifecycle-driven revenue.
