Who We Are

Sans is on a mission to build the next great consumer hardware brand, with a laser focus on products that help people live healthier lives at home. We started with a category-leading air purifier before expanding to a best-in-class countertop water purifier that actually works to eliminate harmful contaminants – and our product roadmap is just getting started.

We’re a small, ambitious team that believes deeply in our ability to create a meaningful consumer brand. We move fast, learn quickly, and consistently outperform much larger competitors.

Your Role

Marketing at Sans moves fast — multiple campaigns, channels, and teams running in parallel against a shared calendar. This role exists to turn that strategy into a well-run process: building the timelines, coordinating the people, and keeping every workstream on track without things falling through the cracks.

The Marketing Manager will own the operational backbone of the marketing calendar — organizing the process, building the systems, and coordinating across teams to bring the strategy to life. This person is equal parts planner, project manager, and connective tissue: comfortable setting up an Asana workflow one hour and coordinating a shoot logistics timeline the next.

This role reports to VP, Brand & Creative and partners closely with commercial team leads across brand, lifecycle, growth, paid, and creative, as well as external partners like PR and influencer teams. This role will also have exposure to the President of Sans for special project management.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized systems-and-process person who thrives on turning ambiguity into a clear plan, and who genuinely enjoys the coordination work that makes everyone else's job easier.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own GTM Calendar Execution: Take the marketing strategy and calendar and organize the process to bring it to life — building timelines, scheduling key meetings, and keeping every workstream and marketing lead aligned on what's due when.
  • Build and Run Project Management Systems: Build and maintain Asana boards, templates, and team workflows. Manage the intake and prioritization of creative/marketing requests in partnership with VP, Brand + Creative, ensuring briefs are complete and work is sequenced correctly.
  • Drive Marketing Operations: Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external partners (PR, influencer, freelance, agency) to keep projects moving. Identify and fix process or systems gaps as the team scales; maintain documentation and SOPs.
  • Support Creative Production: Act as point of contact for production logistics — scheduling, call sheets, travel, contracts, and vendor/talent communication — once the creative team has selected talent and location. Track production budgets and manage post-shoot asset handoff.
  • Report on Status and Progress: Keep stakeholders informed on where projects stand, flag risks early, and make sure nothing slips silently.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

  • 3–6+ years in marketing project management, marketing operations, or creative/production coordination
  • Deep hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management tools (building boards, templates, workflows from scratch)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies
  • Experience supporting production logistics (shoots, campaigns, launches) a strong plus
  • DTC, consumer, or startup experience preferred
  • Equal parts creative and analytical - identifying ways to improve our processes & execution

Interpersonal:

  • Highly organized systems thinker — builds process, not just checklists
  • Comfortable holding multiple workstreams and priorities at once without dropping details
  • Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
  • Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
