Advises executive leadership, directs high-impact communications, oversees reputation and narrative strategy, develops operating models and talent, manages strategic partners and measurement systems, and represents the utilities with key stakeholders.

Provide and oversee complex regulatory legal services for SDG&E, focusing on California Public Utilities Commission proceedings. Represent the company at hearings, prepare legal pleadings, advise on technical and policy regulatory issues, coordinate with external counsel, develop legal strategies, and implement documentation systems.
