Owns cross-team engineering programs from planning through production, including infrastructure migrations, platform and data initiatives, security remediation, reliability improvements, and AI tooling rollouts. The role manages dependencies, risks, Jira and Confluence structures, planning cadences, delivery metrics, stakeholder communication, and external engineering partners. It partners with Product Management on major commitments and improves engineering delivery processes.

Manage the full customer collections process, reduce accounts receivable balances, lead and develop the collections team, resolve complex payment disputes, oversee strategic customer accounts, monitor performance metrics, and improve collection policies and processes. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Onboarding while supporting billing inquiries and cash-flow objectives.
