Provides hotel reservation and guest support by answering calls, securing reservations and deposits, identifying guest needs, upselling services, maintaining Opera/SynXis records, supporting group sales, and handling front-desk overflow calls. Requires accurate, timely service, strong listening and sales skills, knowledge of hotel properties and amenities, participation in training, and occasional travel to U.S. properties.

Maintains lodge landscaping and outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, watering, fertilizing, debris and leaf removal, and seasonal snow removal. Operates groundskeeping equipment safely, assists with outdoor event setup and takedown, reports maintenance issues and hazards, and collaborates with team members to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming property.

Clean and maintain cabins including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, porches, and bedrooms; change linens, remove trash and cobwebs, replenish supplies. Physical, strenuous work requiring climbing stairs, bending, lifting. Open summer availability required; training provided. Must be 16+.
