Salt Fork Lodge is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper in Kimbolton, OH. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests year-round.
Responsibilities- Maintain landscaping areas, including mowing, trimming, watering, and fertilizing.
- Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and snow removal as needed.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with setting up and taking down outdoor furniture and equipment for events.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards on the property.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping equipment and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills.
- Compensation of $12.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
