The role involves identifying social-worthy moments, editing mobile and Premiere Pro footage, creating platform-specific versions, maintaining templates, ensuring brand and technical quality, organizing the content archive, and collaborating with producers, editors, and social teams. The position is based in London with hybrid working, event travel, and weekend work required.

The AV Planning Lead manages global event AV planning, budgets, technical specifications, vendor negotiations, schedules, logistics, crewing, and onsite commercial oversight. The role optimizes AV designs and touring equipment for cost and operational efficiency across SailGP venues, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and venue partners. Based at London HQ three days weekly, the role attends every global event and hands physical execution over to technical production leadership.

Leads regional commercial strategy and five-year growth planning across EMEA events. Owns revenue targets for sponsorships, host city returns, hospitality, ticketing, and new opportunities. Manages in-market promotion leaders, drives localized audience and media growth, develops government and corporate relationships, and chairs cross-functional regional governance. Requires extensive experience in sports, entertainment, or global events, with strong commercial, strategic, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Generate sponsorship and corporate hospitality revenue for the Germany Sail Grand Prix. Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, forecast accurately, develop German market partnerships, identify commercial opportunities, and represent SailGP at industry events. Collaborate with global commercial, event, marketing, and activation teams while securing hospitality bookings and representing SailGP at industry events.

Manages SailGP’s APAC host venue and event partner relationships through the early 2027 event cycle. Responsibilities include partnership rights delivery, activation planning, contractual reporting, event execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, partner servicing, and renewal support. The role requires maintaining delivery trackers, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, representing SailGP at events, and working flexibly across regions and time zones.

Manage procurement activities, supplier sourcing, vendor relationships, contracts, compliance documentation, and procurement workflows across EMEA events. Support budgeting, purchase-to-pay processes, spend reporting, financial controls, supplier onboarding, and post-event reconciliation. Coordinate local and global stakeholders, maintain Gatekeeper records, oversee RFP/RFQ processes, identify financial risks, and provide onsite support for payment and documentation issues.

Leads APAC infrastructure procurement, supplier management, tendering, contracting, budgets, and commercial negotiations for SailGP events. Coordinates with central design teams to validate site plans, technical drawings, specifications, certifications, permits, and construction feasibility. Oversees site readiness, build and de-rig quality assurance, contractor compliance, safety, sustainability, branding standards, and technical handovers across temporary event infrastructure and operational zones.

Senior technical leader responsible for platform architecture, engineering standards, production ownership and AI-driven automation across SailGP's digital and data products. Build and scale engineering teams, manage vendors and budgets, ensure high availability and performance for live-event consumer platforms, and drive rapid prototyping and UX-focused front-end solutions.

Senior commercial leader owning sponsorship, partnership, and licensing sales across the Americas.
