Teams at SailGP

Support delivery of premium guest experiences at SailGP Americas events by executing strategic and operational plans for VIP and premium spaces. Coordinate with Infrastructure and Operations on design and delivery, communicate plans to wider teams, and provide on-site operational leadership during event build and live days. Assist in guest journey planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensure high-quality execution of the Adrenaline Lounge and Waterfront Premium products.

Coordinate SailGP’s global sailing club database, community communications, newsletters, outreach, and fan engagement initiatives. Manage Hype Crew and volunteer coordination, support relationships with sailing clubs, governing bodies, schools, universities, and grassroots groups, and assist with event activations. Maintain community calendars, trackers, budgets, engagement metrics, and ticket-sales reporting while collaborating with global and local stakeholders.

Support production management for live SailGP broadcasts: coordinate shoots and international OBs, manage travel and logistics for crew and SLT, handle on-site catering and inventory, liaise with freelancers and suppliers, raise purchase orders and process invoices, and assist with post production paperwork.
