The Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst evaluates catastrophe models, analyzes large datasets, conducts claims analysis, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve risk assessment and management strategies.

Lead and grow a data science team to develop, deploy, and govern ML and advanced analytics solutions. Define strategy, align stakeholders, build scalable processes, mentor staff, and translate technical work into business impact while promoting responsible AI and cross-functional collaboration.

Mentor junior staff, manage multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations, support system integrations, annual reporting, audits, and tax preparation while driving process improvements and accuracy.

The Manager of Ceded Reinsurance will lead reinsurance placements, manage capital strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize risk transfer.
