The Senior Staff Accountant will prepare financial statements, support month-end and year-end processes, manage reconciliations, and improve accounting operations.

Perform interim and final inspections on upfitted vehicles, manage invoicing and records, communicate status with sales, vendors, and technicians, and identify process improvements to ensure timely completion and compliance with company policies.

Drive and manage regional sales for PSI products across assigned Central US states. Grow new business and retain accounts with fleets, OEMs, and dealers; develop go-to-market strategies for telematics and inflation solutions; coordinate channel partners and internal teams to produce proposals, ROI analyses, and customer support; report market intelligence and represent PSI at industry associations.

Support corporate tax functions across federal, state, and international jurisdictions. Tasks include implementing Vertex, managing payroll tax via ADP SmartCompliance, responding to tax notices, forecasting tax liabilities, preparing estimated tax calculations, supporting audits and compliance, conducting tax research, and developing tax policies and process improvements.

Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, cash application, aging control, reconciliations, dispute resolution, month-end support, AR process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize cash flow.

Lead integration of new mechanical products into manufacturing: train plant personnel, support product launches using project management tools, interface with customers and suppliers, improve designs for material utilization and throughput, use CAD and ERP systems, and meet customer and internal timelines.

Design, maintain, and improve embedded hardware for automated tarping systems. Create BOMs, electrical drawings, test specs, and automated tests. Work with vendors, production, sales, and cross-functional teams for DFM, troubleshooting, RF/EMC compliance, and product support.

The Engineering Manager oversees engineering teams in manufacturing, driving improvements in processes and product quality while managing projects, budgets, and talent development.

Lead a small cross-functional IT team responsible for infrastructure, helpdesk, ERP (EPICOR or equivalent), and Salesforce CRM. Align local IT with Corporate IT standards, manage projects, vendors, budgets, security/compliance, and maintain documentation and training. Roll up sleeves to troubleshoot and support day-to-day IT operations.

The Senior Accountant manages financial reporting, cost accounting, tax compliance, and supports operational decision-making in a manufacturing setting.
