Designs and develops mechanical and pneumatic automatic tire inflation products. Responsibilities include product research, engineering drawings, test procedures, validation testing, competitive analysis, production equipment and automation improvements, maintenance support, quality documentation, and collaboration with Operations and Quality teams. The role also leads or supports projects, improves manufacturing processes, and ensures product performance against applicable standards.

Lead integration of new mechanical products into manufacturing: train plant personnel, support product launches using project management tools, interface with customers and suppliers, improve designs for material utilization and throughput, use CAD and ERP systems, and meet customer and internal timelines.

Drive transportation efficiency for LTL/FTL/TL by analyzing freight data, managing carrier relationships, leading lane analysis and negotiations, optimizing TMS and freight audit/pay, resolving claims, and supporting cross-functional supply continuity.
