Supervise AP and AR teams, oversee invoice, payment, collections, reconciliation, and month-end processes, manage vendor and customer issues, administer Concur expenses, maintain compliance documentation, support cash-flow forecasting, and implement process improvements. The role also involves hiring, training, performance management, reporting, fraud verification, 1099 and W9 administration, and collaboration with procurement, finance, sales, and customer service teams.

Manages technical accounting and consolidated US GAAP reporting, including financial statements, disclosures, audits, intercompany reconciliations, leases, internal controls, and complex accounting guidance. Supports quarterly reporting, accounting policy development, business process improvements, IPO readiness, and internal audit oversight. Requires a finance or accounting bachelor’s degree, strong accounting standards and reporting knowledge, and US Person status under ITAR and EAR regulations. CPA, public accounting, ERP, and business intelligence experience are preferred.

Build AI-native quality engineering capabilities by developing UI and API test automation, LLM-powered agents, and reusable self-healing frameworks. Integrate traditional and agent-generated tests into CI/CD pipelines, assess test reliability, optimize agentic workflows for cost and latency, implement retry and fallback strategies, troubleshoot independently, document processes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
