Hands-on, onsite summer internship supporting warehouse safety programs and Workers' Compensation. Duties include facility assessments, inspections, policy and training material development, basic claims administration and data tracking, collaborating on safety initiatives, and producing tangible deliverables under safety leadership guidance.

Manage and grow strategic and mid‑tier promotional‑products accounts. Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, deliver client presentations, maintain CRM forecasting, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.

Oversee inbound/outbound domestic and international logistics across two sites, ensuring customs compliance, carrier management, freight cost control, SOP enforcement, and systems administration (ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS). Lead 2-3 supervisors, drive continuous improvement, audit freight invoices and claims, resolve shipping and cross-border issues, and report on operational and financial KPIs.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics across U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Oversee ERP and TMS inputs and reporting, carrier relationships, freight execution (parcel, LTL, truckload), KPI tracking, cost and service analysis, 3PL coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to improve transportation performance and reduce costs.

Manage assigned eastern-territory accounts remotely by supporting Outside Sales, conducting proactive outreach, maintaining CRM and sales funnels, developing pricing and merchandising strategies, resolving customer issues, leveraging data to identify growth, and coordinating cross-functional resources to drive revenue and customer retention.

Design, build, and maintain scalable C#/.NET web applications and RESTful APIs for a high‑transaction eCommerce platform. Improve performance, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product and UX teams on new features and integrations.

Responsible for month-end journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, maintaining accounting records, supporting audits, implementing controls and process improvements, and assisting with technical accounting and special projects for corporate/central functions.

Serve as senior HR business partner providing HR leadership across talent management, performance, employee relations, change management, compensation, training, and engagement. Lead and mentor HR staff, support multi-site operations, ensure legal compliance, drive retention and recognition programs, and act as escalation for complex employee matters.

Support and maintain a proactive warehouse safety program: analyze safety data, investigate incidents and near misses, manage workers' compensation cases, conduct inspections and training, implement 6S and safety initiatives, and coordinate with operations and leadership to ensure OSHA compliance and continuous improvement.

Manage all inbound operations in an automated goods-to-person distribution center, leading supervisors and associates to ensure accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, inventory control, safety, and continuous process improvements using KPIs and Lean methodologies.

Manage and direct production department operations including safety, quality, scrap reduction, process improvement, equipment research, budget/control of labor and expenses, training and development of production staff, and coordination with plant leadership to meet on-time shipment and efficiency goals.

Support and enforce warehouse safety programs and OSHA compliance. Analyze safety data, conduct inspections and incident investigations, manage workers' compensation case management, deliver safety training, implement 6S, coordinate safety committee action plans, and partner with operations leadership to reduce incidents and improve safety culture.

Evaluate salary data, job descriptions, and market trends to develop and administer competitive compensation programs. Conduct benchmarking, job evaluations, participate in salary planning, support bonus design and FLSA reviews, prepare management reports, ensure compliance, and streamline processes via ADP and other systems while partnering with HR and hiring managers.

Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and an agile engineering team for eCommerce products: define and prioritize backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, lead agile ceremonies, support releases and UAT, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and help maintain product roadmaps to deliver measurable customer and business value.

Provide high-quality application support: triage, diagnose, and resolve application issues; manage ticket queue; monitor performance; debug and escalate to engineering with reproducible steps; maintain documentation and knowledge base; communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure excellent end-user experience.
