Teams at S&S Activewear

Leads health and safety strategy across 5–10 distribution centers, focusing on SIF/pSIF risk reduction, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, audits, corrective actions, and safety performance analysis. Partners with operational leaders, conducts site visits, supports workers’ compensation and inspections, and coaches safety professionals and leaders. The role requires approximately 25%–50% travel and oversees consistent safety program implementation across the region.

Owns commercial business intelligence and advanced analytics, building Power BI solutions, SQL data models, forecasts, scenarios, and decision frameworks. Partners with Sales, FP&A, Data Science, and enterprise data teams to improve revenue, margin, productivity, retention, and forecast quality. Leads business reviews, cross-functional analytical workstreams, data governance, reporting automation, and stakeholder recommendations while mentoring analysts and influencing senior leaders.

Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics; analyze workforce and recruiting data to surface trends and insights; validate and govern HR data; partner with HR stakeholders to support decision-making and improve HR program effectiveness.
