Support Safety Manager by enforcing OSHA-compliant safety programs in a warehouse: conduct inspections, investigate incidents, manage workers' comp cases, deliver training, implement 6S, analyze safety data, and coordinate safety initiatives with operations and leadership.

Supervise decanting, restock, case picking, shortages, and internal transfers. Coach and audit associates, track performance, ensure SOP compliance and safety, handle disciplinary actions, troubleshoot induction stations, and coordinate with HR for timekeeping and evaluations.

Lead and scale the Marketing PMO, manage project managers and coordinators, own intake/prioritization/workflow design, optimize project management tools, produce executive reporting, improve resource visibility and process efficiency, facilitate cross‑functional execution, and ensure on‑time delivery against business priorities.
