Oversee inbound/outbound domestic and international logistics across two sites, ensuring customs compliance, carrier management, freight cost control, SOP enforcement, and systems administration (ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS). Lead 2-3 supervisors, drive continuous improvement, audit freight invoices and claims, resolve shipping and cross-border issues, and report on operational and financial KPIs.

Manage and grow assigned Maryland territory accounts through in-person sales calls, prospecting, account planning, product presentations, merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration. Track P&L, maintain CRM and reporting, attend trade shows, and perform regular travel (3-4 days/week) with periodic overnight stays.

Hands-on, onsite internship supporting warehouse occupational safety and Workers' Compensation. Assist with facility assessments, inspections, policy/procedure and training materials, basic claims administration, data tracking, and safety improvement projects while producing professional deliverables.
