Leads the men's residential addiction recovery program, overseeing daily operations, programming, participant progression, case management, compliance, and outcomes. Supervises and develops recovery staff, builds referral partnerships, maintains program records, and ensures a safe, structured, faith-based environment. The role requires compassionate leadership, collaboration with intake and recovery leadership, and support for participants rebuilding stability and recovery capital.

Provides proactive administrative and project support to the Executive Director and leadership team. Manages calendars, priorities, meetings, Board governance processes, agendas, reports, records, action items, and confidential information. Coordinates organizational initiatives, supports communication across stakeholders, prepares Board packages and minutes, and ensures follow-through on leadership priorities. The role is full-time, permanent, in-office, and requires travel between organizational locations.

Provides operational leadership across social impact programs, social enterprises, employment initiatives, art studio, and food services. Leads managers and coordinators, monitors participant outcomes and KPIs, manages budgets and resources, strengthens program quality, builds community and employer relationships, and implements new initiatives and change management. Requires strong nonprofit or business leadership, financial management, coaching, communication, systems thinking, and alignment with the organization’s Christian faith mission.

Provide strategic leadership for finance and corporate services, lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, compliance, and risk management. Oversee Finance and Operations teams, strengthen financial systems and processes, partner with Executive Director and Board, and support organizational growth and mission-driven programs.
