Associate Attorney handling real estate and creditors’ rights matters, including litigation, title review, compliance, pleadings, discovery, court proceedings, depositions, and client communications. The attorney manages deadlines, analyzes title documents, and maintains accuracy and professional standards. Candidates must hold a JD, be licensed to practice law in Alabama, reside in Alabama, and have 5–8 years of real estate or title law experience.

Perform legal support for foreclosure matters: research and investigate facts, prepare documents, set up files, request client fee approvals, update firm and client systems, respond to client requests, prepare reports, liaise between departments, and assist with training materials and manuals.
