Represent clients in real estate litigation by managing deadlines, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, conducting legal research, attending court, depositions, and mediations, maintaining billable hours, and collaborating with team members to meet department goals.

Perform legal support for foreclosure matters: research and investigate facts, prepare documents, set up files, request client fee approvals, update firm and client systems, respond to client requests, prepare reports, liaise between departments, and assist with training materials and manuals.
