Associate Attorney managing real estate and creditors’ rights litigation, title review, compliance, pleadings, discovery, deadlines, court proceedings, and depositions. The attorney will communicate with clients and opposing counsel, analyze title reports, and maintain high standards for accuracy and timeliness. Alabama licensure and residency are required, along with a Juris Doctor and 5–8 years of real estate or title law experience.
