Requires deep Identity and Access Management expertise, technical aptitude, enterprise software experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.

Own and evolve the RSA Community as the primary digital customer enablement channel. Design community structure and frontend experience, connect Community with LMS and self-service, run analytics (GA4, BI) and dashboards, collaborate with Education, Customer Success, and Support, and launch AI-driven enablement pilots to drive engagement, adoption, and self-service outcomes.

Own and lead the enterprise AI platform: define strategy, architecture, governance, and lifecycle for AI agents and integrations. Drive adoption, ensure security/compliance, optimize model usage and costs, and support technical implementation, monitoring, and incident response across enterprise systems.

Design and build secure native iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C and C/C++. Implement intuitive UIs with SwiftUI/UIKit, apply MVVM/Clean Architecture, and ensure secure networking, cryptography, Keychain use, and hardened release pipelines. Collaborate with security experts and integrate automated security scans into CI/CD.

Serve as a senior security operations advisor: lead incident response, tune detection tooling (SIEM/SOAR/XDR/EDR), apply identity-centric and Zero Trust controls, advise product/R&D on secure-by-design, document runbooks and metrics, automate tasks, mentor teammates, and communicate findings across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead finance business partner for GTM OpEx planning and management across Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Support, and Services. Own budget and quarterly forecasts, analyze spend trends, build dashboards, drive cost-efficiency initiatives, lead business reviews, partner with Accounting on month-end activities, and support ad hoc modeling and scenario planning for GTM leadership.

Lead Salesforce requirements gathering, design, and delivery across Sales, Marketing, GTM, Channel, Operations, and Support. Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and solution designs; coordinate UAT, documentation, and project delivery; promote governance and Salesforce best practices to improve processes and data quality.

Design, implement, and secure enterprise Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows), administer HubSpot and Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ), integrate systems via APIs/middleware, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate in Agile teams, and document solutions.
