Senior accounting leader reporting to the CFO responsible for consolidated financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and controls. Owns quote-to-cash, collections, AP, month/quarter/year-end close, audits, lender reporting, tax and statutory filings oversight, working capital management, ERP effectiveness, and leading the Holdco accounting organization in a PE-backed SaaS environment.

Support territory planning and deployment across sales theaters, improve territory assignment and forecasting processes, audit and update Salesforce territory fields, and partner with Data & Analytics and IT to build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure data accuracy.

Lead and resolve highest-severity customer escalations for strategic accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, act as executive escalation contact, develop recovery and mitigation plans, mentor junior managers, and drive process improvements to reduce repeat issues and improve customer experience.
