Provides technical and administrative support for risk management and human resources products. The Associate Producer position focuses on developing consultative selling skills through pipeline management, prospect engagement, and working closely with Senior Producers to build client relationships and sales. It involves learning about the sales process while contributing to the agency's growth.

Manage end-to-end employee benefits marketing: prepare RFPs/RFQs, gather census/claims/RAQs, analyze carrier proposals, present findings to sales/service teams, identify markets, negotiate with carriers, maintain RFP logs, and monitor industry trends and regulations.

Manage commercial property and casualty insurance renewals, including account marketing, carrier negotiations, coverage evaluation, submissions, proposals, binders, invoices, certificates, endorsements, and client requests. Collaborate with producers, monitor carrier solvency, maintain detailed account documentation, track outstanding items, and support colleagues with coverage and service issues. The role requires approximately four years of property and casualty insurance experience and up to 10% travel.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for an assigned book of group benefits clients. Manage renewals, enrollment, billing and claims advocacy; support HRIS/benefits platform implementations; ensure compliance (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, ACA); maintain agency systems; assist Producers and mentor junior staff.

Manage the renewal process for accounts, prepare submissions to carriers, negotiate coverage, and maintain documentation and client requests.
